Vicky is a main antagonist in Fairly Odd-Parents and the Rise of Bill Arc. She is Timmy Turner's evil babysitter who would torture Timmy whenever his parents were away. She is currently a member of Tord's evil alliance. She is good guy in the My Little Pony: Equestria Girls movies, tv show, and tv specials.
Personality[edit | edit source]
Vicky is Timmy's mean, selfish, malicious, and tyrannical 18-year-old babysitter. She has but a few friends and enjoys torturing children, watching television and making the world miserable, especially for Timmy. She lives with her mother, her father, and her younger sister Tootie. She has encountered Cosmo & Wanda on numerous occasions, but does not believe in them. Also, she has encountered Mark Chang in his natural form but dismisses it as a Halloween costume. It is a plot point in the episode "Frenemy Mine" involved her belonging to a dark society known as B.R.A.T. (Babysitters Raging Against Twerps). She has been shown to be accepting of her own cruelty, and that the only reason she is mean is because she was mistreated as a child by her own babysitter.

Forever Sophomores[edit | edit source]
Vicky is first seen in "Enter Timmy Turner: The Average Kid Who No One Understands", where she is forced to take care of Timmy while his parents are on vacation. As she is about to attack Timmy, Vicky is knocked out by Cosmo, and temporarily gets Amnesia, until Tord helps her recover her memory and convinces her to join his evil alliance. Since then, Vicky has been helping Tord's team wreak havoc for Caillou and co.

Vicky has fair skin, pink eyes and lipstick, and red hair in a similar design as Timmy, but with a ponytail. In Fairly Odd-Parents, Vicky wears a green t-shirt that exposes her midriff, black pants, and matching shoes. In Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 9 and the Fairy World War Arc, Vicky wears a white hoodie with yellow-green accents, a brown belt with a gold buckle, blue jeans, and brown boots. In "Lights, Crazy, Action!" and onwards, she wears a green short-sleeved turtleneck sweater with a red "V" on the top right corner, gray jeans, and black slip-on shoes with gray soles.
